Refund policy
We stand behind PupHush™ with a 30-Day Calm-or-Refund Guarantee. If your dog isn't calmer — or you're not happy for any reason — just let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to start a refund
Email us at support@puphush.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. Our team replies within 24 hours.
No return shipping required
In most cases you won't need to send anything back — keep your snood or pass it on to another anxious pup. Once your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it).
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email support@puphush.com with a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement right away — no return needed.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons we can't refund items that have been heavily soiled or damaged through misuse. Gift cards are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty.
Refunds
We'll email you once your refund has been approved and processed. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@puphush.com.
